Returns
How can I return my item from Crumpets Boutique?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Crumpets Boutique, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
For Christmas orders, returns are extended to 60 days from delivery.

Only unused products in perfect, resalable condition with original tags and packaging will be accepted. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 10 days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please retain proof of postage/tracking for all returns in case of loss. Crumpets Boutique is not liable for missing returns without shipping proof.
